Jerrod is the son of Dale & Susan Prebyl. Growing up on the family farm just north of Oketo, KS, Jerrod gained a love for the land while learning the value of hard work and one’s honest word.
Jerrod began attending auctions throughout the Midwest at a very young age. When the time came Jerrod attended The World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA to fully round out his knowledge of the auction method.
Upon graduating from Southeast Community College with a degree in Agriculture Business & Management Technology, Jerrod joined Midwest Land & Home with the desire to provide people with a premier buying and selling experience.
